This account has not been written to offer justification for my crimes. I need no justification and feel no remorse for what I've done. A small minority of free spirits like myself refuse to be bound by restrictions imposed by hypocrites. Though we kill, we are rank amateurs compared to those who make the rules within our Societies. Throughout human history, our supposedly civilised governments, our leaders, our so-called 'betters' have sent millions of people to their deaths in the name of religion, politics and the protection of the ruling elite's power, status and privileges. The combined kill-totals of every serial killer who has ever lived cannot hope to compete with the scores amassed by Emperors, Kings, Presidents & Prime Ministers.

Once you can look past the blinkers that the State has forced over your eyes, the whole sorry mess can be seen with blinding clarity. Their mechanisms for control are everywhere - God, Morality, Censorship and Fear are wielded as instruments of domination. But when ordinary men realise that God is dead, anything becomes possible.

I did not intend to become a killer. It was a mantle that fell upon my shoulders by accident. Instead of being an intellectual who theorised about free will and what might happen if it was truly exercised, I was a hands-on sort of guy who set about following my urges and inclinations long before I understood their philosophical ramifications.

Here is my story - told without subterfuge or deceit, without whitewash or any attempt to hide my faults. I am what I am and I'm sure that you'd swiftly see through me if I tried to pretend that I was anything else. What am I? I'm a monster, a beast, a destroyer, a thing without a conscience - yet I have the basic honesty to admit to being all of those things.

I have no desire to warn you about the dangers that I represent. I am not interested in inspiring you to buy locks, bolts or burglar alarms; in fact, I'd much rather have you sleep with your doors unbarred and your windows wide open - make no mistake, nothing can keep me out if I want to get in.
